A key aspect of E2H logic that organisations with B2B and B2C logics neglect is the consideration of human life areas. From PwC's perspective, this is still lacking in most traditional companies.
The ten areas of life - two of which are relatively active in the exemplary utilities environment are Living and Mobility - fully describe typical consumers. They rarely use certain products and services indiscriminately and in an unstructured way, but usually consciously in certain life and everyday situations.
Market players can take on three roles within an ecosystem: Enabler, Realiser and Orchestrator
